Upload Issues Troubleshooting
Solve common file selection and upload problems to get your images processing smoothly.
Quick Solutions
Files Not Selecting?
Try refreshing the page and ensure JavaScript is enabled in your browser. Also check that you're clicking the file selection area properly.
Unsupported Format Error?
YondUP supports JPEG, PNG, WebP, and GIF files. Convert your files to one of these formats or check if the file extension is correct.
File Too Large?
While YondUP has no strict file size limits, very large files may be limited by your browser's memory. Try processing smaller batches.
